Sivir's Spell Shield... Working as intended?

Playing a game bot against jinx and leona

Sivir's spell shield blocks leona's e's damage, but does not stop her from charging at you resulting in a stun.

It also blocks the damage from jinx's root, but not the root itself.

Is that supposed to be like that? Defeats the purpose imo

Leona's damage and root should have been blocked, but her dashing to you should have worked.

As for Jinx's traps, you probably blocked 1 trap but since you weren't affected by the trap, you were still capable to be affected by another.

Most CC projectile skills go; Projectile: Hit/miss If hit apply CC If miss do not apply CC

thats why morgs shield blocks 90% of all CCs.

Leona's E is just broken as hell and goes to target regardless of cc removal or flash. As for Jinx im pretty sure spellshield blocks 1 trap so if you step on another you will be rooted.
