Suggested Buffs and Reworks

Hello Riot and summoners, I may not be any important player since I am, of course, not level 30 yet and not in any elo, but all I ask is to hear me out on some of these suggestions for buffs or reworks on these champions. Mainly I am doing this for the fact that I believe all champions should be at least around the win rate of 50% and be considered viable/balanced.

First, we have a champion that is receiving a lot of popularity now: Azir Azir He is somewhat a strong pick but his win rate is terrible and his base damage, along with his attack speed, is very low. I think he should have a moderate buff to his base damage, ability power, and attack speed so that his general win rate improves, but he doesn't become over-powered.

Second, we have Kassadin Kassadin Though Kassadin is quite bursty and has a lot of mobility, he has a bad win rate and should be reworked. This rework should change how his E and R work along with buffing his Q and W.

Third, we have Ryze Ryze Even though you have buffed him in patch 5.10 he is still quite weak and has a low win rate. He should be buffed in order to higher his damage just a bit and lower his cooldowns and mana costs just a bit, as well.

Fourth, we have Syndra Syndra Just like Kassadin, she is very bursty and has a low win rate. She does, however, counters quite a lot of champions because of her high burst (or it's just me) and she should have a rework to manage how her balls work and to manage her damage, cooldowns, and mana costs.

Fifth, we have Urgot Urgot Urgot is considered as part of the meta now, but his win rate is low. He is a good champion, but maybe a small buff should be implemented or a rework should occur.

Last, but not least we have Bard Bard He has been receiving a lot of buffs recently, but his win rate is still low. I suggest a rework or maybe just leave the Wandering Caretaker alone.

Other champions should also have buffs or reworks, so here is a small list of them: Elise Elise Shyvana Shyvana Lee Sin LeeSin (still powerful, so you should decide whether or not to buff or rework him) Olaf Olaf (depends since he is still quite powerful, too)

This other list contains champions that are still strong, but have kind of low win rates: Lucian Lucian Orianna Orianna Dr. Mundo DrMundo Alistar Alistar Twitch Twitch Kha'Zix Khazix Ezreal Ezreal Jax Jax Jayce Jayce

You're taking about buffing/reworking 19 out of the 125 released champions, 6.5% of them, all at once. That would have a HUGE impact on the game, almost guaranteed to be negative. Rito can't even buff/rework 4 champions at a time without causing bugs, imagine 19 plus the nerfs. There are always going to be weaker champions, that's what the meta is. Just give it time and the meta will shift to something else, who knows, with Ekko they may even change things back to an assassin meta.

AGREED: Azir Definitely needs something Kassadin They need to put his R back to how it was and leave him alone Urgot Needs love in general, supposedly has a rework on the way Khazix Needs early game tankyness to survive the first few jungle clears, Nocturne needs it too

QUESTIONABLE: Bard He's really strong if you have communication with your team, without it your tunnels and roaming mechanic are gimmicks at best Shyvana Needs to be something more than a fiery meat-wall

Orianna Elise Jayce Alistar Jax I don't know enough about these champions to say weather they need work or not

OPPOSED: Ryze He's in a good spot right now, he's just not played enough Syndra Her AOE damage is off the charts and her ult is really strong LeeSin He's either slightly weak or REALLY strong (just look back at the end of the assassin meta), it's just how his kit works Olaf Is one of the strongest 1v1ers/duelists in the game, you just don't see him often Lucian Again in a good spot IMO, just not seen enough Orianna The same thing as Syndra, but a more support-y version DrMundo Cleavers OP, having as much tank as he does with the insanely low cooldown of his death-cleavers is REALLY good, you need to take one of those down if you really want to change him Twitch He's just not in the meta right now, there's just not much you can do about it Ezreal Is scetchy because he can be played AD or AP (AKA Blue Ezreal), and in either mid or bottom lane (top Ezreal isn't even unheard of)
