About Nemesis Draft/other rotating gamemodes

I found this new gamemode that riot released today was very boring and dissatisfying. It feels like they were trying to create a new gamemode and needed something that would take 5 minutes to create.

Something i would like to know is if there is a schedule for the rotating gamemodes because it would be very helpful if there is.

(Sidenote) When is riot gonna bring back urf? it has only been out once or twice and every week i look forward to fridays to see if urf is gonna be there which it hasent been in a while. Is riot planning something special for urf (permanent release?)
