Time for more than 20 rune pages?

There's a 136 Champions now. I never thought I'd say this, but now that I have been playing so long and own all of the usable runes, there are many more combinations I'd like to try, and combinations for specific champs as well. Don't see the need for restrictiveness with it at this point. It's either time to up the amount of pages that can be owned, significantly. Or, revamp the way runes are able to be utilized. Specific Rune pages? , etc, etc... As a casual ARAM player who owns all the champs, I could Easily fill 30 pages! Some champs just need that one specific rune more than others who serve more typical roles.
