please revert the glp-800 changes

these changes are so bad, it will just ruin this items for some champs like sol and swain , swain is struggling to find a good build now and this will just gimp him as it gives no hp anymore , new ap items will leave chhamps like vlad broken while ruin other champs build, please rever the glp change or give it hp back
