Looking for some help

Hello, I am looking for a good Nasus player in gold-platinum to help me out. I want to get better at fighting Nasus. I am a top lane main and I don't really know how to counter Nasus or really what I personally should be doing other than asking the jungler to help gank him. If there are any Nasus mains out there that can give me tips on what champs they fear or playstyle I will greatly appriciate it. Also if there are any gold-platinum Nasus mains that wouldn't mind jumping into a custom game for some practice that would be great too. I am currently gold 4 but trying to climb to platinum.
