Proposed balance change to Death's Dance:

Passive changed, down from 15% physical vamp to 5%

New Unique passive: Punchy Healing: All lifesteal is converted into physical vamp.

What this does stop it from being a single buy lifesteal item, while also making it great on the physical casters that want to lifesteal off their abilities (while also forcing them to sacrifice things for actual vamp capability).
