This Game is Unplayable

I've been playing ranked for years but in the last few months this game has become utterly unplayable, out of an average of 10 games we end up with 6 disconnects and 3 feeders. It seems like no matter which game it is there's at least 2 people who disconnect right at the start of the game and sometimes just don't ever end up reconnecting. The worst ones are the ones that play for over 3 minutes and then disconnect, they screw you out of a remake and make it a straight loss.
