Ranked Solo queue

Would there and when will there be a solo queue. Many people or in my opinion think that dynamic queue is unfair to those people who don`t have or want to play without friends. Riot has said there will be a solo queue in a few weeks but when is that? Or is there ever going to be one? Pls answer and make a solo queue and bring back all the greatness of playing alone( which I think is more chalenging
