problems being fixed or problems being created

This has been a ever lasting problem for many league players. For those who are avid league players like myself it feels like when one champ gets a nerf another champ gets stronger, then when that champ get stronger they get a nerf and the cycle is never ending. There are other champs the are highly underplayed because they aren't strong enough in the current meta and then there are champs that are highly over played because they can destroy other champs without hesitation. Take a look at Ekko, he was going to bring a new edge to the rift but then when people felt that just because he has a zed like ult he was too strong, then riot did more than 2 nerfs on him just to bring him to the part of the champ roster that is a 50-50 chance of being confidentially played. Although Riot has brought things into the game to make champs a force to be reckon and for that i cant deny that they've done some good there. So let me ask you this summoners, what do you think about the situations in the rift are the problems being fixed or created
