Garen is super op in laning phase due to the fact that he takes no mana and can sustain his health all back in such a short time with his passive. What was the point to limiting the potions if there is a champ that can sustain forever???? It makes it pointless to poke him because it will all get healed back making it just un fun to play against him. Riot please nerf this...

are you serious? hitting him will make it stop for 9 / 6 / 4 seconds, it's not op at all and it's only 0.4 / 0.8 / 2.0 % of his maximum health and he's meant to be a fighter / tank.

How about no, Garen is supposed to be hard to beat in lane, it makes up for how hard he can drop off in late game.
The current Garen is a shell of how strong (Or in this regard, viable) he used to be before getting the nerf bat over and over because bad players wouldn't learn how to play against him.
I hope he gets some more buffs tbh.

His ult is friggin toxic
I find him imbalanced simply because he does too much damage for the amount of hp/armor he has. Make him a fighter or make him a tank. Just make your mind.
