@Meddler, Balance teams thoughts on Bruiser Fiora and Bruiser Yi?

Just want to hear what the balance team is thinking about how these 2 specific champions interact with the new itemization options available.

What is the balance team thinking? Are the champions themselves the issues or the interactions these champions have with certain items? ( for Example with Yi or Xin.)

I'll be honest, right now if feels pretty bullshit to play against these aforementioned champions due to the item and champion kit interaction. These champions are obviously outliers, but the abuse of these interactions seems excessive.
