Is rammus good

Bruh, build and he can 1v1 any AD champ in the game. With all that extra armor he's granted like 200 bonus AD from his passive. So much damage.

I bought him today and tried him out but i don't know if he can deal lots of damage

He does faily mediocre damage. Rammus is more of a tanky CC champion than a tanky DPS champion. Most tanks that deal damage are, in fact, Fighters: as fighters are tanky DPS and Tanks are tanky CC. If you want to kill your opponents while being tanky, Rammus isn't the best option. The Juggernaut sub-class of fighters are.

Also, the main power in Rammus's kit isn't his damage, it's more his capacity to set his allies up to do tons of damage. Usually through taunting someone. Occasionally from running into an enemy team and giving 0 bothers with his impressive durability.

Main weakness Rammus has is his lack of early-game damage though. His clear speed isn't great and his CS potential in lane is nothing short of terrible. You won't get as much gold on Rammus as you will a range of other champions, which is likely the biggest reason he's not that popular at the moment. If Cinderhulk ever gets buffed he'll be fantastic, but it's a pretty weak item right now.

He's fun and tanky. If the enemy has3+ ad sources he's major pain. He doesn't deal concetrated damage but he is very dangerous in teamfights with ulti.

Thornmail+ Rammus W...... ive seen ADC's kill themselves with only a few attacks. If you want a damage rammy go AP, if you want the best rammy for almost any situation, go tank rammy with armor and thornmail especially. Damage output is low but when you do get in and do damage, its almost all because of his W and thornmail.

Hes ok. Not trolling, hes just average. Not alot of damage but good tank and good cc
