LoL - Person Program?

A suggestion for a program, people who play LoL actively for longer than 1 year are capable of joining this program and offering tips/tricks for new players. The benefiting of the veteran player playing with new recruits to the game would be given RP per game and forced into the support role with very limited champion pools. (To prevent the abuse of the system and allowing people to stomp lower members!) These players would also be limited to runes and item sets during their time with lower members, depending on the champion they will have specific access to certain items and dedicated runes.

Available champions for veteran players: These champions were picked to prevent these veteran players from stomping lower class people, however of course trolls are still going to exist- this is just the first measure of security. As all Veteran members are expected to teach their buddy/partner about the game, the amount of RP they will be given is dependent on the new recruits rating. During a game with a buddy/partner, they will become unable to participate after reaching level 30 or showing that their CS/Kills/Deathratio is unlike that of their class.

Other additions: -If the Veteran does not communicate, they will be replaced with a bot; this bot will follow around the recruit and protect the recruit at all cost. -If the recruit does not communicate, the Veteran will be replaced with a bot as well as the recruit; these bots will hold a lane at all cost but not necessarily push aggressively. When the bot senses that other players are roaming, they too will group up and act supportively rather than aggressively. -Low rated Veterans and reported veterans with hard proof of their "evil" deeds (Eminem notice me senpai) will be selected for first before lower rated veterans. -Suggestions?

LoL is extremely hard to get into . . . and building Thornmail on Ashe really doesn't teach a player how to play the game. People can teach others far superior than that of a few minute tutorial, and not only that but people are more likely to stay in the game if they make a friend or two!
