Stattik shiv needs to change (and alot of marksman item in general)

Currently, there are way to many "on you next attack" items in the game, and they even added a new one in the latest patch. i think they should change stattik shiv to be like its predecessor was, ionic spark, an attack speed item with proc every x attack or % chance for proc. ionic spark also gave health an adc item, which i finds wierd that every adc lacks some small amount of health. If you look on most of the ap item, they have a ruby crystal build into them, but not a single marksman item. There also really need to be more offencive defensive marksman item. again look at ap, they have RoA, rylai, hourglass etc. Look at League of legends cousin Dota, they have orchid, manta, silver edge, mjolnir, etheral blade and hurricane pike, just to name a few. All these items can be used both as offensive and defensive. I have played league of legends since early 2010, and more or less since late 2010, marksmans have been lacking, since all riot is adding is assassins and tanks with gap closers.
