Why doesn't Riot just remove the extraneous stuff in her kit that CertainlyT put in? Her W doesn't need the % HP Damage. Cap damage to monsters on Rend. Elise has the same on her Q Make the Rend slow much weaker

Kalista still remains the Kite machine and Support and Me are essentially one unit identity while not having random extraneous power in her kit
