AFKs and Leavers

Either riot does not punish or care about AFK and Leavers any more. Out of my last 100 games 78 of them have been 4v5 (not just my side). SEVENTY EIGHT!!! Why is this allowed to happen? Im getting really irritated. Most of the time the person stays for about half the match, other times they just never connect, leave after one death, feed the enemy team then leave, claim they are lagging when you can tell they aren't because they respond to you immediately with their "2000" ping.

I almost feel they need to make a system that puts leavers in their own little low priority queue for, I don't know, 150 games? Teach them a god damn lesson. I never purposefully leave a match, Out of nearly 4000 games I only have about 6 matches that have been marked "leave", and the last one was over a year and a half ago. If I had to play 150 games with long ass queue times, trolls, feeders and constant toxic players. I WOULD NEVER FUCKING DO WHAT I DID TO GET THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

It also feels the more AFK/Leavers I report, the more I see. Any one else think something needs to be done about this? They should not be a constant Gameplay addition if you know what I mean.
