Lost LP Because League Crashed

Seriously RITO... I lost LP and i have to wait 15 minutes till i can start a game because a game crashes right when it finds one? Why am I not allowed to just open LoL again, log in, then go back to the game? Instead I get to lose LP and I get this penalty. My computer isnt a toaster either so I know thats not a problem, I get 500 FPS in game on high settings. This isnt fair at all. RIP my LP, bad enough i get -22 per loss.
