Darius cannot use grasp of the undying

Really pisses me off. R + S tree might be the best here but it doesnt provide any attack speed. (Which is crucial) R + P? 9% AS is awesome but there's no bonus attack dmg. (Terrible) So?... Seriously? Meanwhile we see with Grasp of the Undying + S because they don't struggle with low basic attack speed.

Jax does struggle with low attack speed.

Jax cares more than Darius about attack speed, from the early to the late stages of the game.
