annie veigar bot destroys the game

Just so you guys know, (both full AP) annie veigar bot atm is impossible to play against, the moment they hit 6 they will flash and kill no matter what, the only way to play against them is to have a hard cc support and an adc that understands they have to farm behind the tower, if not then you're 100% screwed and theres nothing to do against it. bot will lose early, their bot will get filthily fed, your teams morale will instacrumble and with a stressed out team probably start flaming eachother. Look into this.
