Preseason/future Rune bonus stats should be customizable in-game

Since they're just stats, changing them wouldn't affect the game play that much, and would allow versatility, specially in normal games/blind pick, where you cannot see who's gonna be against you, as well dealing with lane swap.

The fountain's shop could have a small tab that allow you change stats when visiting it, something in those lines.
