Autofill and matchmaking

Hi I'm summoner from EUNE. I rarely win games when i get autofilled, this autofill is very annoying for me because of it i don't get to play my role and after that filled match i hardly feel my role it is difficult for me too play multiple roles. I would be happy if players would have a choice between long matchmaking and fast games but risk for autofill. I hope someone notices this and does something.
