I just wanted to hear peoples thoughts on the new Ryze. I personally feel he is weaker than before but I may be doing it wrong and wanted to see
I have to admit though. I do like the ulti.
I also found him weaker than before, but I don't Ryze .__. So I was wondering the same thing.

He is only weaker because his ult isn't a steroid anymore, thats some easy power gone, all his power now is in his passive runes. And he can still pop a target with a good combo, and I really think as long as ryze is allowed to be spammy, and build off of mana, he will be a problem. Because that has been a constant over all reworks and he was a problem. But I don't play ryze so I could be wrong
