@Riot/Meddler: let me mute the new emotes without muting the entire chat.

I don't want to have to mute my teammates (and not see their team chat) because I find their emotes distracting. Also apply this feature to mastery emotes too. Thanks.

Bonus points: add a checkbox in the options to disable all emotes for all teammates and enemies - I've already been muting my enemies every game to block their mastery emotes, even though I play with all-chat disabled. Being able to skip this step and just play the damn game would be nice.
