Toxic chapmions

Are ones that are basically binary stat checks. They tend to have little outplay potential and VERY high sticking power, so it just becomes who can win in a straight duel stats wise - xin, poppy, irelia, olaf. Also champions that are basically a check as to who you have - they pick yi and you have no cc? GG. They pick kalista and you have little sticking power? gg.

Please change champs like this so that they have a bit more mechanical interactions and arent just stat checks.
