GAME IS GETTING RUINED I NEED HELP

from plat 2/70lp to plat 3/30lp in 1 day, 10 games in a row I win my top lane, and lose game because of feeders and trollers in my team, I think i am getting placed with bronze players or something, i really need help to fix this, i cant keep going with the lose streak because of other people......
