I guess I'll spam Fiora on ranked from today

Like seriously I never realized how broken fiora is until I play against her with a slightly underpowered champion.

Tl;dr she died 3 times to me (and my turret but mostly the turret) before min 10, still could go trade with me perfectly even with a tier 2 item advantage.

Went into lane and she forces a Lvl 1 trade (me being illaoi and more comfortable with lvl 3 and onwards trade) obviously lose it, left with around 1/4 of my hp while she walked away with around 2/3. No big deal I had 4 pots queue 2 and I'm good to go.... around half way though my pot she hits level 2 and go all in on me and before I could do any damage to her she drop me to 1 aa, I retreat under my turret (Since I had lost the previous trade the wave was close to my turret) and she kept following me until my turret killed her (between my pot healing me I was able to outsmar her) I decided to use my last 2 pots and stay and clear the wave so I woudl have some level advantage. She revives (level 2 death timer) teleports back to top (wave still was quite pushed) and proceeds to all in me again (I was around half hp at this point thanks to my pot) I was level 3 and she still is level 2, again Q to me auto twice and I'm back to 1 aa forcing me to flash while my turret finishes the job. I'm 2/0 level 4, she is 0/2 level 2. I recall and come back with while she comes back with and . new trade no vitals hit and I lost again she walks away with 2/3 and I'm left with less than half HP. At this point I"m beginning to think that I'll have to rush ZZ Portal to be able to keep my lane away from my turret. Enemy JG comes, dives with fiora one more time (they juggle the aggro) I dodge and stall so my turret can do his thing, hit e, then Q on 3 targets (to keep me alive) then my W and my 2 close by tentacles swing. JG flashes out and fiora dies (a third time) my own JG comes and finishes the enemy JG. So at this point I'm 3/0/1 Fiora is 0/3/0. I just hit 6 she is still 5. I recall and come back with fioras come back with only and . Waits for 6, all-in me (again) and kills me while walking away with still half HP (before her ult healed back to full HP) come on how is that fair? I realize I'm playing an underpowered champion but if I"m 3/0 I should be able to duel her with an item advantage.

from there on I was forced to get portal and splitpush (since there was no way to trade with her unless I managed to grab her soul under my turret but being lvl 1 with only 25% damage she just healed herself back up with the vampiric scepter she got after killing me) since I was sitting on my turret and slamming the wave with 3 tentacles and my portal she decided to abandon the lane and roam. Got a triple (while I took a couple of turrets) and proceed to single handly carry the game from there.

Please riot can you wither buff your underpowerd champion or nerf the overpowered ones? when you go overpowered vs overpowered you feels them balanced but when you place a slighly underpowered one in the same place it just get smashed no matter what or player skill at all.
