He's still gonna be nothing than a typical top counter pick. Needs an entire kit rebuild to be considered useful for anything else.
He's still gonna be trash. I'd rather have Quinn top, who comes with all the lane winning aspects of Teemo without the uselessness that comes afterwards. Who cares about objective control when more than half the playerbase doesn't know wtf that means in the first place (or worse, they know about it, but just don't give a fuck). Quinn can run into mid or bot lane at 600 ms and secure a double kill along with a tower. Teemo can..........be somewhat annoying before level 9 comes around and he no longer has an ult.
