Lets do something spectacular

Something needs to be implemented to discourage leaving mid game, and help those teams who have afks in ranked. I propose that riot consider implementing a system where the person who disconnected takes a three game lp loss, and their teamates get a loss prevented. Before anyone says, "the person who left might have had important reason," or, "it's their fault for losing a 4v5," or anything of the sort, you are wrong. If you have to leave, fine, but you should be punished for leaving regardless of reason. If you leave for important reasons more than 10% of your games, you are responsible for not planning your time well and noone else should be punished aside from you.
