I understand that Kench was doing very well last patch, but his latest update in patch 9.14 hurt him so bad!
I feel that if you could bring back stacks being applied with his Tounge Lash he wouldn't feel so crippled.
My Kench is Benched and that's no good.

They shouldn't have nerfed him. They should have reverted all the changes back to the first cooldown change and try to change him from there.
Getting Riot to buff Tahm Kench's utility and durability while also making sure he doesn't deal a ton of damage is like that episode of Spongebob where Patrick cant get his hand on the god damn lid.
