is the single least complex champ in the game, with 0 capability for plays beyond mediocre flash Q. in terms of actual strength there is 0 reason to ever play him over Warwick, who offers better CC, more sustain, global presence and can actually fight tanks.

voli completely fails to deliver as a champion; he's a bruiser with terrible dueling and terrible teamfighting, who starts off decent and then falls off a cliff unless he's got 10 kills when laning phase ends. he has no goal in game but to run at you and kill you; there's no real win condition, he just either has the ability to beat you or doesn't.

his Q, E and R could all stand to have more to them, or just be better (rank 3 voli ult same cd as orianna's LUL). give him a REAL niche so I have a REASON to play this champion until you can overhaul him in 2020. standardize him with other juggernauts so that he has more damage options than titanic.
