Cant start match and get LeaverBuster

So i created a new account,so i could start all over again,and when i try to start a match with bots so i can level up,i get a "Connecting to server"that takes like forever to finish. so canceled the connection and tried again,but when i did it said"Because you left a match during champ select,you can no longer join queues"and LeaverBuster pops up. This happens every time i try to create a game. PLS HELP!!!

If it goes black screen when it's about to go to loading it is your graphics. Try switching to ON-board graphics. i had this issue and it actually ended up being comp related.
