[PBE] @Meddler : any problem with Kog's new R clarity/fairness?

Hi,

I'm a bit scared that Kog'maw new R scaling (up to 1.5xBase above 40% health, 2xBase below 40% health) will feel unfair. I'm suddenly taking a third more damage if I'm at 39% health than if I'm at 41% health (2x versus 1.5x). Having experienced a similar thing with Pantheon already, I can say I don't like that from the receiving end.

Any thought to share on this issue?
