kalista ult should allow "empowered" and/or "toggled" abilities

I was playing ARAM I was singed and there was someone as kalista she paired up with me. she'd try to ult me as an initiation, and I would throw myself out there and if I missed the annie she'd stun me as soon as I popped up, which meant I was sitting there with no poison trail and no ult to make me tanky. it was really crappy!

so like for example with singed, kalista's ult shouldn't silence me entirely, I should be able to toggle and empower either before dashing out or to use them/queue them while dashing so that playing with someone random isn't inherently toxic by design...
