can someone help me please

I have Vlad and i don't know why but recently i haven't been doing so good with him. ill have like a few good games here and there, but the biggest thing is that i'm not sure what to build on him. i usually go for some early AP into a then finish either a death cap or a crystal scepter. but i'm no good with builds. what should i build, and what order should i build it in. and usually i take flash and ghost. ghost so i can tower dive easier and flash for an escape. need some help please if anyone has some pointers or tips then please let me know thank you.
