How do i deal with and best salvage a lose/lose senario

this is my biggest weakness in league, my team always makes choices which. i know.. are HORRIBLE.

and im stuck thier like...

"ok,, do i go in and try to salavage this?" which i normally do because my champ is a champ that cant do anything without a team next to them is thier team is grouped

but idk what im supposed to do.

if my team decides to make what i know is a really bad choice, what do i do?

commit too far for a tower dive stay in the enemy base too long

and most common start a teamfight in a horrible location with players mission or at a bad time. ( aka supers are in our base why the fuck are we fighting them the minions are going to take the nexus)

the champs i main are and ( for the most part) but i also play

this is the issue i have... if my teammates make a bad choice what can i do to best try to salvage the situation? do leave them to die? do i go in and risk getting aced?

when do i pull off when I'm doing to try to save them from themselves.
