Immediately rule out Aatrox. He doesn't have nearly the power others do.

You have 3 now. The ONLY reason Trynd would do well is his ult, so I'd say in a straight right click match, RNG+5 seconds ult would result in a win.

I'm fairly certain Yi would beat Xin zhao as he has his ult so he can focus on more damage building/tankiness than Xin can. Xin has battle cry, but it's not as good as the ult.

there's way too much to explain and your question is badly worded, but to put it simply

yi does the most damage, he doesn't really 1v1 any of the others well (besides aatrox), but he can kill them by surprise probably. (to explain the 1v1 thing, i'm assuming the other champs are played by semi-competent non-right click only folks, xin can time his Q to cancel yi's meditate and from there he should outsustain Yi in a fight, if he's built for it, and trynd has ult and a small heal, as well as AD reduction)

tryndamere has the best splitpushing and 1v1 potential against lower-Elo, or just someone who is overconfident

Xin can sustain the longest if you go for that, also can out 1v1 trynd if played well but a good trynd will counter that and things get weird.

Aatrox comes first in the champ list alphabetically i guess.

Even with Tryndamere being technically unkillable, MasterYi has every advantage.

Depending on the game and builds Xin and Tryndamere would easily win in this contest.

Aatrox is the weakest of the 4 and gets easily killed by all of them at any given poin of the game; Yi is only good if you buy devourer really, but Tryndamere has his ult (with which he can pretty much outduel anyone) and Xin can just constantly knock Yi up and gets free armor and mr from his own ult (which can also chunk Yi for a good amount if used early). Tryndamere can outduel anyone as long as his ult is up, if it's on cd Xin can easily destroy him (and even if it's not if he's got devoure and rageblade no one can duel xin) And like I said: as long as Xin has devourer and rageblade nothing can try and duel him, it's just impossible if you're not so far ahead that you can kill him before he hits you 2 times...

I was obviously taking into account different builds (the best case scenarios for every one of them), if we take the same standard build for all of them (orjust no items/masteries/runes) Xin would win, he's got far too much base damage, a passive which grants him 15% armor pen and even if Aatrox has better sustain, Xin has stronger base stats and CC, so Aatrox would still lose a straight up fight (coutneng Aatrox can't use his skills while fighting since he would just lose damage and HP, while Xin can and usually spams his q). Yi has shitty base stats while tryndamere it's useless without items. That's my opinion anyway might be wrong.

Jax Shyvana are also good for this kind of playstyle.

Jax is probably one of the best duelists in the game, and he has a skill to dodge autos, which other duelists tend to rely on. His late game Q also has a short CD, so he is significantly harder to kite. Shyvana is a raid boss that can also 1v1 pretty well. She has good damage while building tanky, and her dragon form makes her tankier and do more AoE damage. Only downside is that you're easy to kite in teamfights.

out of these 3 champion who are solely dedicated to attack speed dmg.

Aatrox Tryndamere MasterYi XinZhao are 4 champions.

who would out last whom and who would always come out on top as far as 1v1 goes and why.

There are a lot of factors in a death-battle between these champions.

First: environment. Things like brush, walls, minions, and towers can play a huge roll in how good champions are early.

Second: Game phase, game time. Some champions are strong early, weak late, Some champions are weak early, strong late. Different champions spike at different times in early, mid, and late game.

Third: itemization and counter-builds. All 4 of the champions you listed are unusually easy to counter-build, seeing as relying on physical auto-attacks is hit by a double-whammy of armor items that target auto-attacks: item 3143 item 3110 item 3075 item 3047 Or just punish sustained-damage melee champions for staying close: item 3068

any ideas or recommendation on who I would pick for my next champ because this playing style is actually fun to play

Probably MasterYi. Yi is good right now. The AD itemization changes have arguably benefited him more than anyone else, and what Yi lacks in 1v1 potential vs. someone like Tryndamere he more than makes up for in having unusually solid team-fight potential while also actually having good 1v1 potential before people team-fight. While Yi is often made fun of for being a simple champion: his kit also does reward skilled play through proper timing and exacution, making him feel more like a champion with a rock/paper/scissors play-style dynamic similar to the kick/block/grab dynamic of several fighting games. Knowing when to Alpha, when to Meditate, and when to dance around targets with auto-attacks can be failry deep with Yi, especially compared to a lot of mages that just QWER in a general direction. Also: he has a Katana. Or a Lightsaber with his Chosen skin. Can't beat that.

Alternatively: I've gotten the general sense from the community that Aatrox feels weak and unrewarding to play, despite him occasionally seeing pro-play and being ok every now and then. Managing his resources takes a lot of skill, and Aatrox in general feels pretty mediocre throughout a game rather than having spikes of being exceptional. I'd probably avoid Aatrox for now.

With XinZhao: he's about as shallow as a puddle with his play-style. Considering LoL has a million ways to show skill outside of executing champion combos, he's a solid choice for just doing reliable things when you want him to while you focus on getting better in a wide range of areas. If you want to display any degree of skill with combos: he's not a great pick.

Tryndamere is a duelists that's only really good late game when everyone's mobbing around in a 5v5, and he's a terrible team-fighter at all stages of the game. Mostly you're going to split-push and back-door with him and aim to be annoying as possible. He's great at stomping public games if you figure him out and get an early advantage, but so is Yi and Xin and getting an early lead is easier with both. 5 items in Tryndamere does convincingly beat just about everyone in a straight-up 1v1 though, so if you want to be a destroyer of worlds late-game he fulfills that fantasy. It's just: if anyone has the presence of mind to prevent you from building rage in-lane, early and mid game are gonna suck.
