Bring back Team Builder please

I understand why Riot decided to take away Team Builder but it's had a pretty nasty (or at least annoying) side effect. I'm sure I'll get called a cry-baby or something like that for this but, we are once again stuck with "can I test out this new champion I want to play? Or will he get picked/banned out from under me?" I, for one, think this is horrible for helping players learn new champions as we're now forced to find a full premade or get lucky. I understand that not everyone will think this is a valid complaint, but there are an equal number of people who really want to play these new champs at release and can't. Kind of defeats the purpose of picking up a new champ all together.

Well, it's best to test out the champion against AI to start with, to start learning it enough to get a handle for the abilities. You're also rushing into the honeymoon/release phase for a new champion. Lots of people will either want to try the "new hotness," or not deal with shenanigans from the new champion. It's like that with each new release off the assembly line. I'm sure there are a lot more people who want to test out the new guy/girl, than ones who don't want to deal with it yet(I'm in the latter camp on this one. I just don't like dealing with new champions right out the gate).

It's a "gold rush" every time. My advice is to wait until the rush cools down, rather than speeding for the new. Unless you get onto the PBE server for upcoming champs.
