My two cents on Brand.
Base Stats

Base mana regeneration reduced from 8 to 6.

Mana regeneration per level increased from 0.6 to 0.7.

Why is his base mana regen so high? It's no wonder he has few mana issues as a support when his high base regen is being amplified by Spellthief's.
Passive: Blaze

Damage per second changed to 2 / 3 / 4% of the target's Maximum Health, scaling at levels 1 / 7 / 13.

Explosion damage changed to 9% (+0.5% per Level) (+2% per 100 AP) of targets' Maximum Health.

No longer refunds Mana when killing ablaze units.

Less damage, better scaling, mana refund moved elsewhere.
Q: Sear

Mana cost changed to 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 Mana.
