Couple of Suggestions

Please accept my apologizes if this has been asked before.

I appreciate your support to localization. However users should be able to pick whatever language they prefer for their own region. I want to play in Turkey region but i want my client to be english. But there is no such option. You need to play around some config files and stuffs.

Secondly, i think there should be history for the reward on hextech crafting system.
