Question for Riot about Team Comps

Have you guys ever thought about giving a team a buff if all the champions share a theme?

For example if your team was comprised of champions from Noxus: You'd gain something for having a unified champion team from Noxus? Like maybe a small damage buff?

Is that something that was ever suggested to be added to the game? Is it something that could be added to the game? I'm just curious and it seems like a cool way to make team comps even more interesting than they are now while also tying in the lore a bit more.
