New Grievous/Morello in ARAM

As someone who plays a lot (way too much) ARAM, it's no secret that healers ruin the game mode, to the point that Riot's tried a few times to rebalance healing (self vs. allied nerfs, etc). With the new Grievous Wounds only affecting self-healing and only at 40%, I'm worried that Sona and Soraka will become even more oppressive on Howling Abyss (especially Sona, since Wish on Soraka removes Wounds anyway). I just got done updating and haven't experienced it yet, but this is the first thing I thought when I read the patch notes. The one hope you could have in many games was to buy a Morello but now even that doesn't seem like it'll help. Is this something the devs are gonna keep an eye on? Just wondering because games with these two healers (and I mean on either team) really haven't been fun for a while, and I don't want that getting worse.
