The nerf to eye of aspects

Anyone else feel that the nerf to eye of the aspects of -150 hp is a little to harsh? Like now it feels like anytime i try to proc a relic charge in lane i get half my hp taken off by a janna or lulu plus adc poke. I feel like engaging for my team is basically a death sentence.

It also doesnt help that knights vow gives laughable hp, locket gives no hp and laughable resistances so i have to buy normal tank items, which wouldnt be a problem if supports could afford them at a normal pace. Especially now with ruby sightstone and FOM gone.

Riot you didnt even give tank sups a little bit of level up hp to compensate nah we dont know how to balance our game since other lanes take the item, we cant just make them support only for some fucking reason so now we have to nerf support champs
