Preseason Leveling Update
I have been playing League for 2 years, and I've been stuck at level 30 for about a year now. Shouldn't the players that have been stuck on level 30 for a long time at least get a boost to level 40 or something?

But you've been earning IP during that time which the leveling system is just replacing.
As a status symbol I think an avatar would make sense to show veteran players.
you dont want a boost to a higher level because higher levels take more exp to level up.
you would actually prefer to start at level 1 with the new system.
the "bonus rewards" at every 10 levels unfortunately dont give anything pertaining to bonus IP or new blue essence so you'll actually be earning less LP than you would before hand per time spent in game.
where the old amount was 2.2IP per minute up to 70 minutes per game. yeah, thats out the window.
I don't know what's up with the lol community and being so entitled. In most of the previous games ive played, when the level cap is increased, nobody gets a special xp boost for being an older player. I get where the boards is coming from but you guys are kinda being silly. I've never played a game that boosted older players when the cap is increased, newer players would eventually reach the older players level and start at the same level as the older player when caps are increased.
