Game crashes in loading screen

Basically, when I am starting game, champion select is completely okay, then there goes loading screen. My loading screen lags as hell, ping indicator shows 0, and then, when everyone loads, in game music plays, but for me, i keep seeing loading screen while the music is playing. I can't do anything to my laptop, apart from completely restarting it... Anyone got a fix for it?
