Kalista ult is kinda uncomfortable when i do support

Now, kalista has a veeeeeery high pick/ban rate, and she has the most unique ult in the game; THROWING YOUR ALLIES! but when i get pulled by kalista, and i try to aim a champion, the targeting goes kinda awkward. it kind of autolock against a champion which makes me very uncomfortable.

well, if the auto-targeting is consistent, it's fine. but when i do this while 3 enemy champs are clumped together, things get a lot more interesting. as the enemy moves around, this auto-target goes onto a different champ. and when that happens a lot, i end up hitting my ult on an alistar or something.

i want this auto targetting thing to be removed imo, because it isnt helping me at all.

P.S. i cant make precise direction changes because of this too, which is quite sad.
