I hope this doesn't seem like a lot

But could Vi get a reduced lock out time after her ult slams into the ground to using abilities? The amount of times I ult and then quick Q to try and knock someone with a dash back, only to watch them dash through me or to the side or away from me is a bit infuriating. There are champions with much easier CC combo's to pull off and that even last longer and aren't sacrificing damage for that guaranteed CC and are far more consistent, and it would just be great to see this small buff happen.

This change would only effect people with lagless dashes like ahri so its not going to skyrocket her win rate but will make those clutch plays easier to do.
