Make the Bounty tracker a Buff

Every game I think to myself it should have a little bit more detail that just an image by the HP bar alone, a cosmetic buff to provide more detail, tracking the length of the streak and gold to be earned

ex. something like

"Killing Spree:

this champion is on a [X] killing streak! Take them down to earn [X] gold!"

and if they're Legendary;

"Most Wanted:

This Champion is Legendary! Stop their [X] streak for [X] Gold"

maybe even going another step further, a buff tracker for claiming bounties;

"Bounty Hunter

You've ended (3+) killing sprees!"
