Hey Riot, can we get a stats controlled league for ranked mode.

I'v been playing this game for 3 years now... its obvious the match making is awful but really all of this could be controlled through a standard set for basic minimum statistics allowed in order to join ranked mode.

For instance... players who often end games with low kills, low assists and low CS should be not allowed to join ranked until they can keep an average of either higher kills, higher CS, or higher assists.

The issue is that I notice for many people who feed their lanes isn't because they simply lost with a fight, but they lost without any fight at all... They are so inexperienced and awful at the game that they lose fights where they either;

A.) should have never engaged due to the high risk B.) Failure to communicate or cooperate with the team C.) are over extending without wards often D.) so inexperienced that they cannot competently use their champion appropriately.

These are all basic fundamentals of a skilled player.

It's better to be 0-0-0 with 100 cs at 15 minutes than it is to be 1-5-0 with 100 cs at 15 minutes.

It's getting to the point that even if I carry my lane or jungle well... i cannot carry a team that falls face flat on each of their roles.
