any olaf counters?

Kill him? he is not tanky and has no range. If he runs it into your team he should melt before he can reach the backline. If it is just 1 v 1 try not to put yourself in a situation where he can get to you and you can't run away from him.

in the jungle? not many, only because he farms super fast and you cant 1 v1 him as a melee champion early, hard counters him if you can kite with solid adc mechanics, should do fine against him too, can out farm him and he can scrape with him if played smart, this is junglers that cant play against him, later on in the game there are many champions that can deal with him, he just has a very strong early and jungle clear, and that's the meta these days.

He's so op I can't tell if you are talking about TFT or normal league. In all seriousness, I would recommend because as soon as he ults, he will charge down your team so you can use Taric's ult to have your team ignore him.
